SANDRA AVENDANO is a full-time REALTOR® associate at Exit Innovative Realty serving Panama City, Florida and surrounds. Married and living in Jackson County since 2001, SANDRA was born in Argentina and has lived in the United States since she was two, so she has the benefit of being bilingual. SANDRA grew up in Virginia, where her family proudly became U.S. citizens, earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Walla Walla College in Washington State and later attended graduate school at Florida International University.

After fourteen years in the Social Work field in Palm Beach County & Northwest Florida, SANDRA is particularly sensitive to the challenges faced by first-time home buyers. SANDRA's education and interpersonal skills also make her particularly well suited to representing individuals involved in investment and commercial real estate dealings.

SANDRA says, “I ‘temporarily’ moved to the Florida Panhandle six years ago to be near a relative that needed me. When I returned to South Florida I realized that I no longer wanted to drive for an hour to go less than 20 miles.
